Traditional postpartum support for all pregnancy outcomes, lactation support & education, childbirth preparation and education.
Ale is a traditional birthworker and lactation helper who supports BIPOC families, birthing and lactating people in reconnecting to sovereign birth and familia healing through traditional postpartum support, ceremony and lactation practices. She is a mixed Chicana Purepecha mama of two and has been supporting birthing and lactating people since her first child was born.
She provides postpartum care and lactation support based in traditional mexicana indigena practices; Services include: prenatal postpartum planning, prenatal lactation classes, meal preparation for postpartum healing and recovery, postpartum care for the birthing person, infant feeding support, latch evaluations and lactation support, infant care and baby carrying, herbal baths and teas, emotional, ceremonial and spiritual support. Specific healing practices and support for c-section recovery and any hospitalization of infant or birthing person. She is a skilled lactation helper and will receive her IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) certification this year.
